PAYMENT
Accepted forms of payments are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal and AfterPay.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment via Australia Post.
Please note our phone charms are made within 1 business day of receiving your order. We will post the same day or the following (2 day turnover).
We are not responsible for any damage or loss or delays occurring during shipment. If any damage or lost occurred please notify Australia Post.
Maddam cannot resend any product free of charge if not received. With shipping options, we always recommend to choose a tracked or express one at check out.
Once we ship your purchase it is up to the post office to get it to you in a timely manner. Your order will be shipped to the address receive through your order. Please double check that the address is the correct address. If the address provided is incorrect, you will need to repay for postage. If the product is customised, you will need to wait for it to be returned to us, we will then resend to the correct address.
The payment of taxes, customs, duties etc. are responsibility of the buyer and are not part of the shipping costs.
