Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges will be considered depending on the situation.

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
The item must be returned undamaged and unused, in the original packaging. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Regarding our phone necklaces, Non-returnable items include :
- Any item which is not in original condition, eg. damaged or missing parts
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Regarding our phone charms, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale
We don't accept exchanges or cancellations.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days from approval. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. When receiving a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For faulty or incorrect phone necklaces, report must be made within 3 working days after delivery. We will exchange any defective or damaged phone necklace free of charge.
Our phone necklaces cannot guarantee a 100% protection for your phone, always use your phone with care (and love). We do not take any responsibility for damaged or lost phones.
Please note, our phone charms are not indestructible and may break if not handled with care.
